1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by idk777 (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and idk777. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and confiscation of any associated funds and bonuses. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Residential address
• Date of birth

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed as authorized by you. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Verification and KYC (Know Your Customer)

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and ensure platform security, idk777 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (bank statement showing account holder name and account number)

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion. Failure to complete verification within 30 days may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

idk777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

You confirm that all funds deposited are legally obtained and belong to you. Deposits made using third-party accounts, stolen credit cards, or fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business hours during our operating hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB). Withdrawals to unverified accounts may be delayed pending completion of KYC procedures. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day as indicated in your account settings.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are:

• Slots: 100%
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10-20%
• Sports Betting: 100% (odds 1.50 or higher)

Wagering requirements must be met within a specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days). Failure to meet requirements within the deadline results in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and funds confiscated, and their account permanently closed.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

idk777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. The Platform provides the following tools to help manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

idk777 provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's functionality, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure login credentials
• Actions of third-party payment processors or financial institutions

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the incident, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless idk777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct on your part

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving Indonesian players. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and idk777.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against idk777. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

idk777 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete KYC procedures within the specified timeframe
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward staff or other Users
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by the User

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and funds derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding liabilities. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of idk777 management.

13. Communication and Notifications

By registering an Account, you consent to receive communications from idk777 via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential service notifications.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
